onyx blaster was released 1.3.3 pc version current build is at 1.3.0.1 pc version we are currently 0.0.2.9 versions away from this item but yeah due to some limits and how they were programed into terraria some items across systems are not available

Switch is currently on 1.3.1. When I give the materials to the Guide, it doesn't show the recipe either.
