I was so disappointed when i was making a payment in the store and my card was declined 4 times. Can't close this card fast enough.
Today topped it. With an either 23.99% or 24.99% APR and a less-than-ideal rewards structure, any interest payments you make could wipe out any benefit from your rewards. I also like that it is a Visa credit card to compliment my Amex credit card, so I am set in case a store does not accept one of these options. This card is the only one I have encountered that does not offer automatic payments. The website happened to crash when I submitted a payment. Turns out, both payments went through, and I had a huge negative balance on my card. I suggest a change in policy or you will lose more loyal customers! Having an online account allows you to check out faster, review past orders, save frequently used addresses, and get the latest deals. In addition, Gap Inc.
