You forgot all the ASMs that aren’t chosen for business leads.And the Cos who don't make Store Lead and (probably) displace ASMs out of Business Leads.I'll be surprised if even a quarter of hourly supervisors make it to TL in the end.I think I am going to play it safe and hide in a tree until a tracker jacker kills me.The big thing is if it rolls out market wide then you are going to have these confident DMS and Supports who work well getting replaced by shit ASMs who get kicked out of there spots from other stores or maybe even Co-MGrs.
