This is one of those book you read in a day as you need to know how this story ends. Quinn and Graham’s story was truly fate. Although neither wants to lose the other, it seems almost inevitable and that’s when they realise the one promise made long ago, that might just be able to save them.Alternating ‘now’ and ‘then’ chapters, juxtaposing Quinn and Graham’s crumbling marriage with their whirlwind romance and their idyllic early years together, provide a welcome respite from the intensity of the couple’s present-day troubles, and help develop the present-day storyline in very clever ways. All in all, I loved Colleen Hoover’s new book, I loved the new characters she brought to life in such a honest way, and I love the message of love is worth fighting for. It has characters from Hopeless, Finding Cinderella and All your perfects and is best read after reading those three. I get most of my books this way so it costs nothing :) I would rather pay for and read 1 good Colleen Hoover book, then 3 mediocre books for 2.99. Hoover’s novels fall into the New Adult and Young Adult contemporary romance categories.Beyond her work as an author, Colleen is also the founder of The Bookworm Box, a charity subscription service and bookstore. this is the inevitable result of a CoHo book, ladies and gentlemen.
Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. I highly recommend to any who has read Hopeless, Finding Cinderella and All your perfects.
When you consider how many hours Colleen spends on her art of story telling, this is time away from her family and friends, that 10$ is compensation for her amazing efforts.
As intimacy becomes a sad reminder of Quinn’s infertility, and one failed IVF session after another take their toll, Quinn and Graham start to withdraw from each other.A couple who once told each other everything – Graham even used to beg Quinn to tell him about her dreams every morning – Quinn and Graham begin keeping secrets and hiding their feelings until their once-perfect marriage is on the verge of collapse. Even though the love they have for each other isn’t questioned—their marriage is. And maybe a ghost story soon. Fans of Nicole Jacquelyn, Gail McHugh, and Amy Harmon will love All Your Perfects. Madeleine Maby was the solo female performer for All Your Perfects.
All Your Perfects is a profound novel about a damaged couple whose potential future hinges on promises made in the past. As always Colleen made my cry and smile while reading her book.
This was a revisit reread experience. The secret to our longevity is that we never gave up at the same time.” Rating: ★★★★☆ Remember to pick up Colleen Hoover’s All Your Perfects on July 17, 2018 and tell me your thoughts.
Hooked me from the very first page, and I was absolutely blown away by the circumstance that brought these two main characters together. Ms. Hoover brought conflict, angst, chemistry, brilliant storytelling, and engaging characters.
July 17th 2018 Would we have needed a reminder during our In the novel, Quinn and Graham face many hurdles – none that question their love for one another, but rather, their ability to hold on to that love through the storm.
We’d love your help. This was my first listen by Madeleine.
by Atria Books If you consider it this way, Colleen is an artist, what she creates is written art. “We want your father to want to come home to this house,” Mom joked, but something in her eyes made Max wonder if she wasn’t joking at all. An author with a gift for crafting stories and characters that feel real, her nuanced depiction of a marriage in trouble and well-drawn, all too human characters, make for an absorbing story that is hard to put down. I read about 150 books a year.
Most libraries even have e-book's for lend. It is the ending/closure we needed for characters in both those books.
Also, if you don't think your library will get a book, ask your friends to call your local library and ask if they have the book (maybe spread it out over a week), when they say no, have them ask them when they will order it. How would my husband and I have dealt with the issues Quinn and Graham faced in their marriage?
3.75 stars. immediately after finishing this, i ate half my weight in mint chocolate ice cream and cried through one and a half boxes of tissues.
