";s:4:"text";s:3593:" A lone man, recently released from prison, seeks out the people from his past who he believes betrayed him. Cop calls his girlfriend, telling her they will be okay because he closed the case and how he has been reading up on women. And when "Lost" veteran Maggie Grace appeared on screen, this same friend thought she was in Son-in-Law with Pauly Shore possibly mistaking her for the role Gugino played there. Killer departs, telling Cop never to contact him again. Directed by Mark Neale, Faster revolves around a world as competitive as it is dangerous: championship motorcycle racing. That September it was reported that Joanou had dropped out and George Tillman Jr. would direct. She told him about the bank job, and Cop put together the crew to take out Gary and Driver. This is the second of two movies I watched with my movie theatre-working friend today (The first was Tangled). Two childhood friends plan to rob an armored-car depository, but an NYPD officer stands in their way. Hired by the man responsible for the events which lead him to prison, an eccentric contract killer follows his every move. Two hardened criminals get into trouble with the US border patrol after meeting with a Mexican drug lord, and then revelations start to unfold. An elite hitman teaches his trade to an apprentice who has a connection to one of his previous victims. Another star from the TV show I just mentioned, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, has a great scene with Dwayne as a preacher who was previously part of the gang that had his brother killed asking for forgiveness and willing to forgive him as well. Soon, both Cop and Killer get word that the man survived the stabbing and is in the hospital. Faster. Faster isn't as reliant on mindless action as expected, but the story line is played out in such a way that you can't help rooting for Driver and his bloody revenge. Upon leaving prison, "Driver", alias James Cullen, breaks into a run until he retrieves his 1970 Driver heads to the second name on his list, an old man, Kenneth Tyson, who films his own personal Driver visits his old girlfriend's house. It stayed in theaters until February 10, 2011. He gets tracked by a veteran cop with secrets of his own and an egocentric hit man. In the leading role, Dwayne Johnson moves well and handles what dialogue he has adequately well. Cop walks in and shoots Driver in the head, revealing it was he who shot Driver in the video. (I have to admit here that I actually said "Escape" before my friend corrected me.) (I corrected him but I don't know if he got it) By the way, Ms. Grace seems here mostly for eye candy though she appearing in a black bikini is the closest to skin showing here. Salma Hayek was considered for the role of Cicero, but a week before filming was started she dropped out due to "scheduling issues". Use the HTML below.
