Hi with the new fiio m9 update I can't login to TIDAL and all I get is "Login failed due to an identified network error" but it's only on this device. I’m using IOS devices - an iPad and iPhone - and each time I open the Naim app I need to log back in to Tidal, and then it fails … This, in a nutshell, is a similar tone to what Tidal should have done. I am going to complain to Tidal and see if they care. If you are experiencing issues with playback on TIDAL, you can take these basic steps to try and resolve the issue.

A reboot will typically help with this type of behavior, but if it does not, let’s try this: Close Roon, find your Roon database and delete the tidal_account file (Database > Registry > Core > tidal_account). Close. Sounds like the Tidal login changed, and that affected Roon.The latest update wasn’t for this it was for the loss of tidal favourites, they are still developing the login bit.The greatest rip-off ever if you have lifetime annual.I am still having the same issue.
